Keep the Red River Clean 2018!
On February 7th and 8th, thousands of people will throw things into the Red River, to make their relatives who have passed away feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the new year. As in the tradition, bags of ash, goldfish and other things will be thrown into the Red River from Long Bien and Chuong Duong Bridges.
The goal:
Our mission is to prevent as many plastic bags from entering the Red River as possible. The main purpose will be to ask people to give us their plastic bags instead of throwing them into the water below and to help carefully place the fish into the water instead of throwing them from the bridge, which most likely will kill the fish on impact.
We need you!
